- かんぶこうほせい【幹部候補生】(1)旧陸軍で， 現役兵を経験し， 一定の学歴ないし資格を有する者で， 予備役士官・下士官を志願し選考に合格した者。 自衛隊では尉官以上の幹部自衛官になるべく教育を受けている者。(2)将来， その団体の幹部となるとみなされている人。
